It’s been wonderful to see so many of our clients adapting to these times, as we have, with great positivity and tenacity to make things work. Technology has most definitely been on our side with weekly team video meetings becoming the norm as well as regular client meetings using video technology.

How many times have you heard the phrase “the new normal” over the past couple of months? For us it’s been many (and we might have used it a bit too!) The truth is, whilst things are beginning to feel more like life BC (before Covid) we are all adapting to new ways of living and working.

We are working at full capacity and helping many of our clients to navigate their way through ……and I’m going to say it …..the new normal.

Our message at the beginning of lockdown in March was that we are still here for you and that message is still the same today. We look forward to meeting face-to-face when guidelines say it’s safe to do so, but having a meeting via Microsoft Teams or any other video technology is a really good second-best.
